Casey is practice-management software for law firms: client and case records, court-date calendaring, reading of court correspondence, and document preparation. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
You sign in with a Google account and act within a firm. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your firm enters, for who you invite into your firm, for the permissions you grant them, and for any links your firm creates to share client information with people outside the firm. Your firm’s client records belong to your firm, not to us.
The service is a tool for legal professionals; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is formed with us. Summaries, extracted dates and drafts are produced in part by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. You must verify every court date, deadline and document against the source before relying on it. Responsibility for meeting court obligations remains with you and your firm.
Do not use the service to violate law or court rules, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to access other firms’ data, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Connecting a Google account is optional and governed by the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect it at any time in Settings or revoke access from your Google Account; calendar and mail features stop working until reconnected.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for missed court dates, deadlines or filings; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the service and delete your firm’s data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If we change these terms materially we will update this page and its effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance. Contact: desaiparth059@gmail.com.
